Overhaul of a Yanmar 6N18L SV cylinderhead

We received the the cylinderhead in our warehouse, and customer asked us if we could do the overhaul of the cylinderhead. As Yanmar prescribes several complicated procedures for overhauling a cylinder head, in first instance this wasn't as easy as it seems. Luckily, Cornerpoint has good relationships with a lot of suppliers, and therefore we were able to fix this job as well! First, the cylinderhead has been subject to an thorough inspection, after which we were able to make a price indication for refurbishment. After go ahead from the customer, the activities could start. The cylinderhead has been dismounted, replace exhaust seats, make an intake report, performed a MPI check, replace valve guides, level the liner surface (complete), pressure test the cylinder head, adjust the seats and control the blue prints, mount the valve rotators, valves and springs, spray paint conserve and pack the cylinderhead and make an end report.
