Until after a couple of months we received and e-mail overnight that says “ …URGENT”. Then we know enough.

13:00  Client orders the parts.
15:00  Parts collected by our courier.
16:00  Courier arrives back at our stores, parts were checked and numbers verified. Goods were re-packed                  suitable for export and client was consulted to discuss delivery options.
16:30  Goods dispatched for next days delivery at the shipyard in Poland.
